Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury, death, or loss that results from the inherent risks of agritourism activities.

Inherent risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Hazards of land, equipment, and animals.

  • The chance that participants may act in a way that contributes to their own injury or loss.

🎟 Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final, but here are the exceptions:

  • Refunds

    • If an event is canceled before starting → full refund.

    • If an event begins but cannot be completed → partial refund may be issued.

  • Weather
    Activities continue rain or shine 🌧 unless management decides conditions are unsafe. We are not responsible for road closures or travel delays.

  • Rebooking
    Call us directly to see if rescheduling is available.

Farm Policies & Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Hidden Cypress Farm LLC reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest, at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of management.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please note the following policies:

  • 🚸 Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Unattended children are not permitted.

  • 🚫 No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping are allowed anywhere on the premises.

  • 🗣️ No vulgar language is permitted.

  • 🛑 No destruction of property, theft, or vandalism will be tolerated.

  • 🚋 Remain seated on moving equipment. Guests may not stand or move around on trains, wagons, golf carts, or any farm vehicles.

  • 🚧 Restricted areas are off-limits. Do not cross chains, fences, or enter non-public areas.

  • ❌ Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • ✍️ All participants (including children) must have a signed waiver on file to take part in activities.

Violation of these farm policies may result in immediate ejection from the property without refund.
